Dear Sir,
I have booked for 4 watches through deals 4 all site useing my SBI Credit card of mine, it is add on card given to my father.
Watches were book by useing the same card in the month of November'07. But we have received 8 watches instead of Four, It is the company Glordano. On the same day we have informed SBI Customer Care regarding the same. They informed us that the price will be decucted for only four watches and not to worry about it.
But in the next month statement we came to know that the price was charge for eight watches. When we contacted again they informed us to get in touch with you.
We called you and informed you that we have booked watches only useing add on card of my father but not in my name. But we got the responce that watches are booked in my name also (Chatrathi Srinivasa Rao), when we complaint to SBI and to you once again in the months Jan'08 and Feb'08. Finally we got the responce from your end that four watches should be send back to you with complaint letter and we informed the same to SBI accordingly. I have sent back the four watches to yor address mentioned on the watch box we have received. It was sent through DTDC COURIER From Hyderabad on 13/03/08 with complaint letter.
The next month i have received statement once again with panalty charge for non payment. When i contacted you, you said that you will informed to SBI to wave off the charges of four watches. But till now the issue is pending and i have also received new statement intimating me that SBI has discontinue the services of my credit card and penalty is doubled.
After your confirmation to me that you have received the watches you have not informed SBI and I am going to state this issue in News Papers and consumer form.
