BEING CHEATED BY THE COMPANY

Sir,

I purchase my LENOVO laptop 3000 Y410 series and from since the time of purchase i am always having problem i have repaired 4 times my DVD writer since my purchase dated august. Now as the 1 year warranty is being over i m having problem .other problems is of it's speaker. i am fed up with my laptop.. My friend purchases acer at in 2007 and still he is not getting any problem.

please help me out of this DVD writer problem which is of main concern.

My DVD writer neither read/write CD nor DVD.Only my money is being wasted...

pls help me out of this fraudster chinese company LENOVO.
