No proper help from your side

Respected Sir,

Last year i bought the laptop & from two months i have been calling your tolll free number for some assistance regarding some functions of my laptop but it always says the number the number you are trying to call is not available, i also called in your bangalore customer care office but there also nobody recieves the call or of somebody recieves the call he or she could not properly assist me & ask me to call again on that damn hell toll free number.

you please tell me the way out.
