I have sent one cover to Noida [Utter Pradesh] containing flight tickets to my daughter Mrs. R.Yamini on 26-5 vide Rt. No.520662984 at No.86, Singanna Chetty Street, Chintadripet, Chennai-2. While delivering the cover I have enquired about the time of delivery. Your staff has informed me that it will take 48 hours for delivery of the cover. The cover contained flight tickets to Chennai from New Delhi at 8.00 p.m. and she has to reach Airport at 6.00 p.m. with her child. To reach Airport she has to start from Noida at 4.00 p.m. I have made a complaint to your Chennai Office that the cover shall be delivered on 29-5 before 2.00 p.m. I have also personally contacted your office at Noida in land line numbers 3125996 and 4248873 and informed about the importance of the cover. He assured that the cover will be delivered today before 2.00 p.m. today the 29-5 to Mrs. Yamini. When she contacted about the delivery time to your office at Noida, your office staff has informed that he can deliver the cover only tomorrow. I asked my daughter to go and take personall delivery as the same is required immediately to travel in Indian Airlines flight. Please inform the reasons for the delay and if you are not able to deliver within 2 days time why did you accept my cover. If I dont received proper reply I proceed against the company for damages for public interest and bring this matter to all the newspapers to alert other consumers to be careful with your company while handing over the letters for immediate delivery.
