These guys are big cheaters in this business. They will play games with customers. They charge more than what is accepted. Especially while doing the delivery will tell silly stories like- you have not shown some items when my person has come to give quotation. So you have to pay more money otherwise your luggage will not be delivered.
Their packing quality is very very bad.
They don't give insurance to customers luggage, however they charge money for that too (forcefully make you to take), they tell lies to customers that they will provide insurance receipt at the delivery of the luggage which won't happen in reality.
They make you wait for luggage in destination city for many days. So be pre-pared to stay without luggage for some days. They won't stand by their word in delivery.
Once they get initial payment (80% of the total amount) they start actual drama. They say lot of stories, like -
1. Luggage got moved out of city (in this case Hyderabad) and was held by RTO for having illegal items (like - Gas cylinder, etc) in the consignment, they tell to customer this cylinder belongs to another party if anybody enquires about the status of the shipment of the consignment.
2. Vehicle got punctured, so wait for few days more.
3. Vehicle met with an accident. Actually nothings happens. Even the luggage is not yet moved out of ware-house.
4. It reached destination (Bangalore in my case) and will be deleivered by tomorrow, but in reality the luggage will be there in Hyderabad ware-house only.
5. They don't own any ware-house, but they promise customers that they have their own ware-house and can be used to keep customers luggage for 10 days for free and later 50/- per day.
Actually they use someone else ware-house.
6. The big fact is that they don't have even a their own vehicle. They barrow services of other Lorry transport and transfer the goods.
7. They don't have office in other cities, but simply lie to customers. In my case they lied me saying - they have branch in Bangalore. (Actually they used services of Satyam Packers, majestic Bangalore and Allianz packers, yashwanthpur Bangalore).
8. They give their own worker mobile number as their branch office (in other city) contact person number.
