Dear sir,
My sister send me one letter along with the Rakhi on 24th July from bangalore, but till today i have not received it. After initial query i was told that it is delevered in your house, then i went to courier office to see the signature of the person who have received the same, then i saw that it was a fraud sign and it did not match the sign of any of my family members. After some time i came to know that my courier is handed over to some one, who was coming from my appartment. But till today i have not received and this is the standard of your courier to give any xyz in the road or building. I want the compansation for the same as the letter was sent to me with lot of love from the sister in the form of rakhi.
Please do something or let me know the person to whom i should contact.
