No Response from DTDT CHENNAI

I send a wallet on 8th December but there is no information about that so far.

I called them up to trace but still no responce came. I mailed 5 times to DTDC people. they replied that they will trace it but after that they dont reply even.

I even informed guindy branch chennai. I was asked to mail at [email protected]. I did as well but from there as well I dint get any detail.
