the application form of spectramind marketing ltd.

and send the same with all necessary required documents and a demand

draft of Rs 99 to them on 30/09.on 5th of oct. i recive a confirmation sms from your side.

my form no. is 205772

Unfortunately, i have not recieved the set top box and subscription

till date. Please look into the matter and send the same as early as

possible.
