We purchased an LG tv 21" flatran m.n;21FC2AB Date.25/04.2009 Srinivasa electronics E.C.I.L.HYDRABD sins 25/05/09 tv was not warking, Problam is power saply is not come I raised complent on 27/05 complaint no is s9c52703137, LG representative attend the complaint at my home but he is not rectified by lack of parts. He promised me next day i will come&rectify but he didint come. Next day i raise the complaint again complaint no is S9C60300210icalled to LG reprasentative also, he said one more persion come&rectify. He checked tv & he said same storey (some part is gone) but part is not avilable. There is no camunication beteween them&no comunication to customar I feel it is very bad service. I EXPECT IT IS BEST QUALITY IN MARKET THATS WHAY I PURCHAD YOUR PRODUCT BUT based on your service it is very bad product
