I had bought LG refrigerator last year in october.
On this there is a one year warranty.
2 months back I had complained that my frige is not cooling and it is producing a lot of heat on the back side.(With in warranty period)
The LG people had adviced me through phone that stop the fridge for a day and on it again. At that moment I dont know that there is some serious problem going on.
For the next two months the power bill had quadrapuled.
Than I put a thought in to it and found that the frigde had gone wrong and it is consuming a lot of power.
Again I had complained and this time they came and checked and found that some parts of fridge are damaged.
Now the warranty period is over.
I had to pay the service charges and charges for parts.
This is because of the poor service by the company and their advice.
For LG information I am most loyal customer to LG as I had bought TV, AC, FRIDGE and DVD all LG and now I regret.
This has happened even though LG boasts about its service and warranty.
I regret.
