Refrigrator Cooling Problem

I had unfortunately purchased 350 litre LG double door refrigerator this month and refrigerator have problem in cooling from very first day. Days back I complained to LG (rude) customer care that the refrigerator is not working as desired and they assured me that they will send someone within 24 hours to check the refrigerator.

It’s already 5 days of complaint and no one from LG has yet visited my place. I have made around 25 calls to their call centre and every time I am getting the same response that within one hour some technical person from LG will call me and fix the appointment to visit my place.

I asked them to escalate the matter but the call centre executives are not ready to forward their call to any senior manager. I have been facing a lots of problem and mental tension because of this refrigerator. I cannot store vegetable, milk etc at my home. Also, The LG call centre executives are very rude and impolite.

Now please you suggest me what should I do whether I should keep silence or I should stop taking all the products of the LG and suggest my other friends to avoid taking the LG products because of the problem I have faced.

I am very disappointed by the LG product and service.
