With ref to above subject currently on my mobile Minus balance is showing. My prepaid mobile No. is 9371522676. earlier so many time i complain at web world at Nasik Maharashtra that from my prepaid balance is showing less, after complaining at web world it is rectified in 48 hours but my qustion is till date i am not taking any package but at all time my prepaid a/c shows less So please solve my Problems
