I bought A/C's from an LG dealer by the name of Surya in South Extension, New Delhi. After the warranty period the A/C was not cooling. I called up Surya & they sent their mechanic to fill gas. After few days again it stopped cooling. When we spoke to Surya they said they will not come. We then contacted the LG Customer Care. A mechanic came after 2 days from Servotax Services, C- 428 Sector 10, NOIDA. He told us that the earlier mechanic had damaged the A/C & we will have to pay nearly Rs 4000 for the repair. As we had no option we paid that amount & got the A/C done. It worked for just one day. The part that was changed was also damaged. After that we have been lodging compaints & calleg up but no one has come for a week. I have paid money for no fault of mine. Both the centre that I contacted are your authrised dealers. Each one blames the other for the damage.

I want my A/C repaired & claim what has been charged for no fault of mine.
