Dear Sir

I have purchased a window AC from suri, West Bengal. From the day of of puchase it continues to perform badly. During warranty period fan motor has been replaced. Sevaral time your representative comes to attained noise & cooling problem. NOW AFTER COMPLETION OF ONE YEAR WARRANTY PERIOD MY AC FACED STARTING PROBLEM-YOUR LG REPRESENTATIVE FOUND THAT ELECTRONIC CERCUIT BOARD TO BE REPLACED & THE COST OF IT ABOUT RS. 1000.00.ALTHOUGH I AGREED BUT ONE MONTH IS GOING TO PASSED YOU ARE DONT BOTHERD ABOUT MY WINDOW AC.AS A RESULT I AM GOING LOSSING THE THRUST FROM YOU.
