I have given my AC (1.5 year old) for repair to LG authorized service centre. No initial estimate is given initally but after pursuing with them they were kind enough to tell me that the problem is to refill the gas and change the cooling coil for which estimate is Rs 3600. Initially they said it will get repaired in 2 days and will be sent to us. You will be surprised that no single calls were done from there side and on continous pleading with them they have returned my AC after 40 days and when I inspected the AC I found that Cooling coil they said is changed was in damaged condition. They start fighting that this happened during the transit and it will work effectly. Next day my AC was again not working. Also they billed me Rs 4220 aginst the estimate of Rs 3600. though I was smart enough to stop the cheque payment on time but the problem I have faced with these guys was real horrified experience to me. On record the service station was Gennext services, Goregaon (West), Mumbai and the person I was talking to is Mr. Dilip/Sachin.
