Poor after sales service

We had purchased two split air conditioner (2 Tons). One is installed at our new location (10Idc) and another one installed at 15A Institutional area sec-18 gurgaon.

After couple of months we observed that the water leakege from drain pipe. And we lodged complaint about it at your gurgaon call center and recieved two complaint nos N8C 72502386 and N8c 72800403 respectively. And repersentative from the call center had visited the premises and checked and rectified the complaint and within some hours the same problem existed after that we had been repetedly calling the call center but to our utter surprise they have turned deaf ears to our complaint.we are soory to say that if this type of service is provided by a reputed co like LG than we can well imagin the fate of other companies. The promises given at the time of purchasing the product are totally differentwhen we ask for the services. Kindly reply to our complaint.
