Poor service during customer care

i am calling from 09358961516.

i have talked to kunal, Rafeeq and Shivita.

they all were from customer care

firstly i kept on waiting to get connected to customer care delivering my precious time but i was on a hold.

But then when connected they all keep on transfering me on various nos.

i got irritated now and my problem is still not sorted out

Is this service you are providing to your customers.

Its terrible!!!
