I lodged a complaint about our LG Washing machine on 15th February’09 using LG helpline 91-40-39010909. The complaint number is S9C21604861. We got a message from LG helpline that a technician will call us within 24hours. However, even after 3 days we did not receive any response from LG. Our repeated calls to your helpline were met with a standard response from your executives that “A technical will attend to your call as soon as possible”. Any attempts to ask for a specific time by which the call would be attended would be totally futile.
one person, who identified himself as My Syed (Senior Executive), assured that a call from a technician within O1 hour but again no response. Till the time of writing this, I am still waiting for a call from LG technician.
This has not been the first instance when complaints have been attended much beyond the promised time lines. I would like to bring to your notice that LG Hyderabad helpline is NOT doing justice to the brand value that LG carried. This has totally led me to lose faith in LG and their after sales service.
