Unnecessary deduction in main A/c balance

Dear Sir,

I want to know u that on the month oh march there is unnecessary deduction in my main A/c balance I never subscribe any hellotunes, ringtones ets then why the company cutoff Rs30/- during the month of march09.I also complain at call centre service but they cant reply anything. I really become harrassed due to this unauthorized mobile charges.

Kindly look after the matters and try to solve this as soon as possible
