I have purchased Ultra Slim TV from Chhabra Electronocs, Sec 40, Chd. last year i.e.19/4/08 with 1 year warranty. For the last few months the remote of TV was not functioning, so we made complaint in LG service centre on 6/3/09. As a result the site engineer Mr. Mahesh visited and he changed the remote. But again the remote was not working. Mr Mahesh made several visits and changed the entire board of T.V..He also suggested to change the set. again, we made 2nd compliant in LG service centre for repair of TV on 18/3/09 (Compliant No. N9C31806110) and 3rd complaint on 27/3/09 (N9C32705613). This time Mr. Abid Hasan made visit and he suggested to take TV in LG service centre within 2 or 3 days. But he didn't came thereafter inspite of several phone calls made to him. Now till today the TV is not functioning properly and no satisafactory services hasbeen provided to us by LG.
This is such a mental harrasement on the part of consumer.
