Own a 1.5 Ton Room Air Conditioner. With the on set of summers wanted to get the aircon serviced for which tried to get contact details from LG web site. Trust me it is a harrowing experience and against their tall claims, it took me more than 1 hours and many calls to get my complaint logged. I sincerely suggest that the company should keep the database updated and must on their own try to see the effectiveness of the processes being deployed by them.
We consumers patronise these companies and their products and it their moral / social responsibility to ensure that consumers are not harassed when they need service
