I had purchased lg split on 20 feb, it had developed some problems, the same has been confirmed by lg tecnician and he told will replace the part in 2 days. I have complained 10 times but really surprised that no one is bothered. Its my new ac and such services is offered. my compl no. W8c51402064 dated -14 may 08, and another W8c52000381 dt.21-5-08. I hope some strict action is taken against LG. I want my mnoney back as its a new ac and developed the probelms so it is obvious it gonna create more problems in near future and by that time my warranty would have alredy been exprired. there are som many of my friends who are SUFFERING FROM LG PRODUCTS AS IT IS OF WORST QUALITY.
