I REGISTERED A COMPLAINT ON 30th OF SEPTEMBER ON LG CARE CENTRE (COMPLAINT NO. (N8CA0501650) SOME MECHANIC (NAME DILIP) VISITED MY PREMISES NEXT DAY BUT DUE TO ELECTRICITY FAILURE HE DID NOT RESOLVE THE PROBLEM.HE LEFT THE TV SET OPENED AND OVERTURNED ON THE CABINET, PROMISING TO COME ON 3rd OF OCTOBER.SINCE THEN DESPITE NUMEROUS CALLS AND PROMISES MADE ON LG'S BEHALF NO ONE IS BOTHERED TO REPAIR THE SAME.THE TV IS LYING IN SAME POSITION SINCE THEN.
I AM ASTONISHED TO SEE LG'S AFTER SALES SERVICE AND I REGRET TO HAVE A PRODUCT FROM SUCH A COMPANY.THIS IS MY FIRST AND MOST PROBABLY LAST LG PRODUCT.
