I purchased one double door fridge LE make from New Berco Sector 10 Dwarka on 18th May.
The fridge developed cooling fault last week and I lodged a complaint on 39010909 last week for which
I recd the C. No N9C13107242 from the customer support engineer and recd confirmation on my mobile
9810330452 on 31st Jan 09 10:40 pm.
There has been no follow up even though I had told the matter repeatedly to Customer Care as well as to New Berco Electronics yesterday.
This is really very poor response when LG claims 2.1.0 service in Delhi NCR and Gurgaon.
