I have got an Air conditioner from one of your franchise shop Gorur Electronics, shimoga, karnataka. It worked fine for 4-5 month and then the remote control wasn t working. As the product was under warranty period we complained the showroom guys. They didnt turn up for around 15 days. We finally made up our mind to lodge an official complaint at he service center and it ws done on 24th oct. The complaint number is S9CA2403350.No response was given to our complaint till 31st oct. We decided to lodge another complaint and did so, on the same day. The 2nd complaint number was S9CA3106205.A mechanic came from the service center after that, and found the problem was with the remote panel in the base unit. He took the remote panel as saying it would be replaced in 1 week time, as he has to get the piece replaced from hydrabad. Days passed, till date he have t fixed the issue. Recently i called up your toll free number (1800 1809999) thrice asking to escalate it to their senior officials. I remember the name of the first guy attended the call as chandra prakash. Finally on 12th Nov i have again registered a complaint with one of your person in CC, the complaint number is S9CB 1207760.

How many times do you expect the customers to lodge the complaint. It s truely ridiculous to see such things happening with one of the countries leading consmer product makers. I repeatedly again request you to fix this issue with high priority or else i am left with no option than going to consumer court.
