I am really disgusted with the service level provided by LG for my split AC complaint lodged on Sunday, 18 Jul 10.
An Engineer (Nasir Khan) visited my place to resolve the water leakage problem from my indoor unit and within half an hour he left, the same problem crept up again. Complaint no was (C1071807066).
I called up the call center again on Sunday itself and spoke with the floor supervisor "Dheeraj" who assured me that I would be getting an engineer by Mon morning around 10 but no one visited.
Again I called up the contact centre today, Tuesday and the lady "Mamta" told me that the previous complaint have been cancelled and I need to register a fresh complaint. I spoke with another floor supervisor "Rajesh Paul" and he also repeated the the same statements like a parrot what Dheeraj said a day before.
I stay in my home till 12 noon so would expect an engineer anytime between 10 am - 12 noon. My new complaint no is (C1072002920).
This whole process is very disturbing and I am losing faith in LG as a brand. I think it would have been much better if I would have contacted a local service vendor for this job. All the people involved in this whole process were very non supportive and I am not happy at all.
I am writing this email in hope to see if someone will take some corrective measures and get my issue resolved.
