I'd complained on 18.06.09 the no was N9C61811903 . On 24.06.09 LG Technician visited and inspected that the out door unit's Fan motor has out of order. He could not replaced the motor because he did not bring. He told that within a couple of days the motor will available at his store and he will visit again and rectified. But till days no service technicial's call has come and my a/c is not repaired. It is too hot in summer I am suffering since 18 days.
Would you check whether the motor is availabe at Jorhat service centre or not! I have not believed that one motor will take so much time to Jorhat, secondly in summer time these types of spare should available so that customer could satisfied.
Frequently I'm touch with call centre 18001809999 and they are also following up the issue but nearby servise centre is telling that motor is not available.
Kindly resolve the issue as early as possible. My concept is reversed on LG on this types of customer care
