Issue with LG product i.e. 21” television is that the sound gets mute after continuation watching for 4-5 hrs and comes back when channel is tuned, which I rarely watch. This problem was since last two months but was thinking that is fault with cable operators. The fault comes under notice when the same channel with sound was running to next door and mine was mute on the 25th October then I raised complaint with request id C09A2510029. Engineer came to my address and did some setting and said problem is most probably fixed if raised again call me up. Yesterday on 30th October night I found the fault again and raised the complaint again on 31th October with request id C09A3101361. Now Engineer is saying it is chargeable since the product is out of warranty.
FYI. – Product was purchase on September
I know the product in out of warranty but the fault was during the warranty period. And what kind of product is this?? Warranty period is about to over and starting getting trouble.
My concern is that I was unable to observe the fault was with the product or cable.
• First issue even the engineer at first attempt was unable to identify the actual fault them how could I?
• If the fault is with cable should I raise the complaint for the product is correct?
My mistake is that I with identifying the actual problem and raised the complaint.
I have few more product of LG. I don’t have habit of making useless complaint.
I was very happy and satisfy with the service did by the company for my previous complaint regarding the remote for the same and from then I made my mind for LG products and have to more LG product and also recommend my friends for same.
But now I have no words since I am not satisfy.
I will be very happy & satisfy if the problem is been fixed.
