Manufacturing defect-puff chocked, drain pipe chocked

I, Lt Col DS Multani, purchased a refrigerator LG - GL - 368YLQ4 REF FROM LG SHOPPE, Tirupati Electronics, Baccha Park, Tirupati Palaza Meerut on 08 Jan.

The refrigerator has not been functioning since the day of installment.

Numerous complaints have been lodged with LG but till date the frig has not been replaced inspite the fact LG service engineers have repeatedly inspected the frig & confirmed manufacturing defect.
