I am the unfortunate posessor of a Projection TV of LG electronics, I bought it for Rs1, 25, 000/=Jan since the day I bought it, something or the other would breakdown every year & I had to run around to get it repaired. Last december it broke down again & I called up the incharge of the local LG service center & told him of my complaint on mobile no09814578175 a gentleman called Dharampal, he assured me that he would get it repaired at the earliest. Ater 15 days when nobody came to check the tv I called upLG customer care on 18001809999 & got a sms on my mobile, they gave a complaint noN9C11607640 dated16/01 at 18.40 hrs. After 2-3 days a service engg turned up & informed me that they would have to take the tv to the service center. They took the tv after 1 month they informed me that due to unavailability of spares the tv was beyond repair & they would try to get me some sort of compensation from the company. I am still waiting for the same, in fact the incharge of the LG office Mr Sahu mo no09988077717 has stopped attending my calls. I had called up the LG customer care on 3/3 at 12.52 appraising of my problem they sent me an sms giving my requesr id as N9C30304179 sent from mo number 099878878630, till today I am waiting from some action to be taken by the company, I am repenting the day I decided to buy such a costly tv from LG under the WRONG impression that I am truly buying a world class product from a world reknowned electronics company.
The tv is still lying at the service center & after 5 months I am running around like a beggar to get justice from the company, please help me
