Manufacturing defect in refrigerator & bad service

I purchased LG double door refrigerator on 26 May 09.

And this is to give a complaint about LG INDIA COMPANY WHICH OFFERS a very bad experience after purchase experience and product servicing. 24x7 helpline and service for LG India is total false and completely fraud.

1. On 18 June'09 i.e. before just one month of usage the refrigerator stopped working.

After calling up LG service helpdesk the person name Mr Shetty was not responding to the calls and was giving false assurances of sending person for repair.

We followed with multiple calls with a total irresponsible treatment from the service helpline i.e. Mr Shetty.

The complaint made on friday 18June'09 and was address on 22 june'09 after continues calls and followup from us. Thus we have come to conclusion that 24x7 helpline and service for LG is total false and completely fraud.

2. After the service person attended and checked the refrigerator told that 'GAS' is finished!! The LG refrigerator was used only for 25 days and the gas is over. I t is total ridiculous of gas getting over in 25 days of usage. So this is definitely a manufacturing defect and we demand to get a replacement. But the company refused to give replacement of the refrigerator.

This experience has taught me LG product are total useless and i will never henceforth like to purchase a LG product.
