Egarding complaint ID No. N9C71407164 dated 15 july
we bought a refrigerator model No. GL-244GM4 from Talwar Electronic, Krishan Vihar on 13/11. but after some time it got cracked inside the body. when we complain about it a mechanic came and examined it and said that it will be replaced by another refrigerator. after a month they brought a new refrigerator but inferior in model and colour which we refused to accept it. after that we dial so may times to service center but they gave no response to our complaint.
