Bad attitude of service representative

I m prince garg R/o house no. 909 sec 9 panchkula (haryana). I have a refreezrator of 608 ltrs. it is creating so much problem.there is over freezind in refreezrator side. I had complaint many times. but there is no responce.please help me out this problem.
