I purchase LCD last month and from day one the speakers were not right. I lodged the complaint with customer care on 30th May under ID is N9C53012151.
The engineer visited my place next day with no solution and commitment that he will come tomorrow and rectify the same. Nothing happened after that. The prolem still exists. I called up LG Customer care twice but nothing happened.
I do not know why and how the company's like LG are still existing in our country with this customer service approach.
Shame on LG Guys.
