Poor Service

I bought an LG LCD on 01.06.2009 from ATLAS RADIO CORPORATION, Mumbai. The product was delivered on 03.06.2009 at 22:30 hours as per my request by the dealer. I was assured by the dealer that the service engineer will install the TV by next evening. However till date no one from LG ever bothered to call on their own regarding the installation. Moreover whenever I called at the customer care on 18001809999 or to Manager of the Service Centre Mr. Mazumdar on his mobile no. provided by the customer care I was always assured that the work would be accomplished by same evening before 20:00 hours, right from 04.06.2009 to 09.06.2009. Now I think I committed a blunder by going for an LG product and I shall be highly obliged if the company can arrange to take back its TV. I'm really sorry for trusting you to make my LIFE GOOD.
