Non issue of docket no

On behalf of Eastern Railway, Howrah Division i called on 18001809999 on 6.3.09 at 04.23 pm and gave all details as asked for service of a micro oven at our staff canteen at DRM office Howrah station. I was told that a docket No. will be issued to my Mob. No 9830455446 or to my mail A/c but till now i have not been issued any docket no. Please see to it.
