Destination user is unable to listen my voice

Dear sir,

i have taken your mobile in last 19 th of dec.

its still in warranty but i am facing lot of problem with it.

like early my phone is not responding like

Destination user is unable to listen me but i am getting them

2. now another problem arises it is not switching on.

i have gone through the service center in jamshedpur as i am in jamshedpur.

your auth service center tirupati teletech.

but they say your mobile board will bechange that cost 2200/- rs

so u tell me if it isin warranty why r u not giving support to it.
