Regarding low backup og my LG mobile set - B2050,

The old battery has been replaced with another one, however the same problem still persists. For necessary rectification my mobile set has already given to your service centre (Bokaro) reprentative Mr. Devojeet Ojha on 11.07.08. But no any action has been taken as yet in the lack of your proper instruction in this regard.
A lot of time has already been lapsed causing me great inconvenience. Hence you are requested to pass the necessary instruction to Mr. Ojha to take early action.
