I have bought lg kp 199 mobile.
when it is new i had not understood this problem, but when i used it the problem comes out
in my mobile more than 1 msgs is not deleting properly.while i mark some important massages to keep in my phone and other to delete.and then when i see my many of important msgs had been deleted, and other unimportant msgs stays in phone...
and my phone's speker is not working properly.it has very ruff sound...
i went to lg service center on 28/10/09 and they give me promise to repaire it, as they told me to come after a call inquiry, i had made up call, and they told me that your phone is ready.
when i went there they told me that your speaker had been changed, and your phone is now perfect...
but when i saw the two big problems remains same..and these process continued... and till today my phone is not proper working... please help me to get my phone repaired or changed
