Undue deduction of money for caller tune service

I am a Vibhash Kumar Jha a senior journalist and chief Editor of Media Vivechana magazine in Chhattisgarh. for the last couple of months Unnecessary msg comes from 52811, to my RIM Number 9300340836 which says- "you are subscribed to the caller tunes service if you wish to unsubscribe this service send sms- UNSUB 1003 -- to toll free number 121. I send three messages but all were replied with msg-- not sending. I was teribly Annnoyed as being a journalsit my precious time was killed

Last month on 28 sept i had faced similar problem and when i went to local cenre in Raipur they told me to call * 333. i called there and the person Akash at some RIM call centre assured me that from now on, i would not get such msg. However I told that my RS 30, deducted in SEptember, would not be returned. now that I have already unsubscrubed the service of caller tune, again a same msg came to me on October 09 saing that i have been subscibed to caller tune service., at 4.00 am, now after waking up, when i sent msg "UNSUB 1003" to 121. it was rejected.

tell me for how long this dirty game would be played to me

and if this time again my RS 30 is deducted I would send your company a legal notice. since i am the chief editor of a magazine regularly i have to be in meetings with leaders and press people, leaving these taks now I am busy in filing such non sense complanints, at the cost of my important office works.

what to do now, tell, and how this problems can be solved for ever.

if my money Rs 30 from September is not added back to my balance talke time i would be planning to take legal action. And to make the matter all the more worse, despite my successful request of not renewing the caller tune again in the future (on Sept 28), the same has happened to me today.

I am terribly upset and within next few days I am planning to send a notice to your company.

reply me at the l earliest and ensure that my talk time is not deducted. Besides when I have not all sought such caller tunes why and how did i get these service and your company is deducting my talk time balance is dadagiri ko khatm karna hi padega ki aap msg bhejkar bina hamaare kahe renew kar dete hai aur jab hum UNSUB ka msg bhejte hai to vio reject hota hai, jabki aapke hi msg me ye likhkar ata hai ki yadi unsubscribe karna ho to UNSUB 1003- ka msg 121 par bhejo. lekin yadi aapki msg reject hi karna hai to ye bhi likhkar kyok bhejte hain.

this is my last warning. if this problem is not settled once and for all, i would definitely go the court and bring your company also.

I am teribly puzzled as my important official woks have been suffered and moreover my mental harrassment has also been caused by your company

pls see what final you can do or be ready for a strong legal action
