I HAVE BOUGHT LG MOBILE (MODEL KP115) FROM MOBILE STORES, S V ROAD, BORIVALI WEST ON 8TH NOVEMBER BY PAYING RS. 2436/-. AS PER PRINTED ON BOX HANDSET WAS FEATURING GPRS CONNECTION SINCE THAT WAS MY NLY REQUIREMENT. WHEN I TRIED TO CONNECT GPRS, I COULD NOT GET CONNECTION AS SAID HANDSET WAS NOT SUPPORTING GPRS. I LODGED THIS COMPLAINT VERBALLY TO MOBILE STORE AS WELL AS LG GALLERY LOCATED AT PUNJABI LANE, BORIVALI WEST.
NOW LG GALLAERY PEOPLE ARE ASKING ME TO BUY ANOTHER CABLE COSTING RS. 592/- WHICH WILL SUPPORT GPRS. INSTEAD OFF PAYING FOR THIS CABLE I SUGGEST THEM TO REPLACE SAME HANDSET WITH ANOTHER MODEL, FOR WHICH I CAN PAY ADDITIONAL MONEY. BUT THEY ARE DENYING.
SIR, WHEN IT IS DEFECT OF HANDSET, WHY SHOULD I BEAR THE COST OF CABLE WHEN I AM READY TO PUT MORE MONEY FOR ANOTHER LG MODEL.
