A call was raised with regard to display issue. The ticket no: for the same was S9C21103922. Technician visited my home & replaced the cable stating that the issue was with Cable & went off. When i checked the case was not resolved & i called your Customer Care No:. They assured me that the technician will resolve the same next day. Today is the third day & no action has yet been taken. Only two week are passed after purchasing the monitor. I raised a call again in the site & the ticket No: for the same is 130320080. Mail was send to [email protected]. Till now no revert is done.
