With due respect I make you aware that I bought an LG PC on 07.6.2008 from Sahu Agencies Lucknow. The following items were included in the PC as under-

LG MY PC L7017- 8231, BCIOA17
LG MY PC SPK-XXXBSPK
At the time of purchase I was ensured for a prize of Rs.500/- cash in December. I kept waiting for the prize believing that the Sahu Agencies having my address and mobile number will intimate me about the same. But I did not receive the same. Recently I again met the Agency for purchase of an AC and I enquired about the said prize. The told me that they in fact had received the cheque of Rs.500/- but nobody came to collect the cheque so they sent that back to the company.
In view of the above developments I hereby request you to take necessary action so that I can receive the amount. I being a permanent customer of your company hope for favourable action.
