SERVICE ISSUE

Sir/Madam,

I had purchased a Poratable DVD from LG .When a disc is put in side, it shows "ERROR". The product had been given to Alappuzha service centre and same was repaired and given back to me after one month. After two days the DVD was making some noise, when i checked it there was 15 screws missing from the DVD player. When i went back to service centre, they said they will send the screws by hand of Service technician. But when i called him with regard, he said he has no idea about the same. He also said I will not get it. When i had communicated the same to customer care, they said that they cant help and the manner they spoke was very rude.

I request you to please provide the"Original screws "else provide with new DVD player
