I am very sorry to write this letter, I have been regularly using

Reliance India Mobile for the last six years. Now I change my hand set with LG-RD3000 on 19 th July C/o Mr. Jithesh, Nalumakkal Communication, Kodungallur, Thrissur, Kerala..

But unfortunately I am not able to use my new phone, he told me some technical reason about reliance Network, I am not satisfied with his explanation.
