Creating big notice and vibration problems

Dear Sir,

Subject: - Complain about Refrigerator problems.

I am purchased The L.G. Refrigerator, Dated march. Model No.:- GL-365YMQG4. I regret to point out that the L.G. Refrigerator is creating big notice and vibration problems since last five months, the L.G. Refrigerator is in warranty period, I am complained regarding as per same in The L.G. Customer Care Center from the problems is started, but the service man or technician is not solved my problems. since last three complains they are not give any follow-up to me, Reference no. 1) W9C20702471, 2) W9C21203118, 3) W9C22201059. I am not happy with this service from The L.G. Electronics.

I am so worried from this problems so Please solve this problem as soon as possible other wise I am go further for solve the same.
