I bought a 230 Liter double-door LG Refiragerator on March-09 from Big Bazar Lower Parel. The referigerator is not cooling. This is the 3rd time the fridge is having the same complaint. Ive complained to the customer care service centre on 13-06-09 at 10 am. But no one has attended for the whole day. I called 05 times from my Mobile No. 9004079305 to LG Customer Care servie but still no one came to attend for the whole day. All of my dairy and perishable products were spoiled. I have a 06 month old baby for whom I ve to store milk. All the milk has also been spoiled. Yesterday 03 litres and today 03 litres again. My mother is a diabetic and Ive also to store insulin in the firdge.
May please understand the gravity of the pain the company is giving to me for improper product.
I want the fridge to be replaced or may please givbe me my money back. Probability says 03 complaint in three months means the fridge may not last longer for even a year.
