LG Refrigerator
Not responding

Hi,

purchase a LG fridge.after three months the door of the fridge broke down & flat on the floor, due to that my mother got injured & door had a big dent on the front panel.once they visited and take a photo copy of bill and said that either they replace the door or replcae the whole refrigerator but after two months they closed the complaints by mentioning the reason "address not found" ..

Please suggest.
