Poor Service During AMC Period

Hi,

I have given almost 15 Complaints regarding my LG Split AC water leakage problem since last 8 months. None of the engineers are identified the reason for the water leakage but they simply covered the portion by plastic cover and the sellotape which didn't solve the problem and still the water leakage has come.

I have escalated this with Chennai Service supervisor Mr. Sivaji and the Chennai Service Manager Mr. Rajkumar but still the status is same.
