Poor Service after sale

Dear Team, We have purchased LG split AC in june from Vasanth & Co Pattukkottai, we are facing major problems with LG technicians as they not able to attend faults/problems of AC unit, they told us to change single booster to double booster, we changed it, then one LG technician came and reduced the gas from 65 to 60 as he feels 65 is very high, other technician from LG told 65 is ideal, till now no one is attending the faults and problems properly. Vasanth & Co is great, but LG service technicians are having very poor knowledge and they are spoiling LG's brand image, please attend to this, we will be greatful to LG family.
